Call Pickup
Description
Users in the same pickup group can pick up no-answering calls of other extensions without running to the ringing phones.
Use Case
You can set the extensions of same department into a pickup group. So when an extension is ringing and no one answers the phone, other extensions of the same pickup group can pick up this call by just simply dialing the feature code on the extension keypad.
