AutoCLIP (Redirect Call to Original Extension)


AutoCLIP can redirect call to original extension. The S-Series PBX and Yeastar Cloud PBX automatically stores information about outgoing calls to the AutoCLIP routing table. When a person calls back, the call will be routed directly to the original extension (e.g. receptionist) that made the former mentioned outgoing call.

Use Case

AutoCLIP feature is used to redirect caller of a returned call to the original caller. Because using PBX lines, people will always find it difficult to reach the original caller when returning a call, especially for missed call callers. When there is a missed call, many often they will call back, and they will stumble on “How may I direct your call”.
